It is played with a double reed consisting of two thin blades of cane tied together on a small-diameter metal tube (staple) which is inserted into the reed socket at the top of the instrument. There are three flutes allowing for an expanded section, plus piccolo. TUBA (1:30), the bass voice, has a plush, velvety, robust tone. In the 2000s, Robbie J. de Klerk, the vocalist of the Dutch melodic doom / death metal band Another Messiah [19] also played the oboe in most songs.

A normal time for deciding is approximately one week. If a smoky-smelling (or mildew-smelling) instrument is returned to me, I will not accept it, and you will have bought it, since it is no longer in like-new condition. The trumpet has 3 valves to assist in changing the pitches. FRENCH HORN (3:24), the alto voice, has a mellow, thick, & rich tone. The particular way these elements are combined can result in a total sound that's distinctive or unique. At the same time, it is aslo possible to add additional artificial legatos to these realistic combinations. Because of this, the oboe's tessitura in the Classical era was somewhat broader than that found in Baroque works.

The four main woodwind instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon) are so well contrasted in colour. Each wind instrument was regarded equal to the strings in terms of playing the melody as well as aiding in the supplying of the harmony.
