Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or just have fun! There is no contact between participants. This is a great way to meet new friends or just get out of the house for a while. Everyone works at their own pace so remember you only get out of it what you put into it!
